I’m not here to hand you a to-do list and walk away. I’m here to guide you in creating actionable steps that fit your life—habits you can own and sustain. We’ll tackle one pillar at a time, stacking wins that sharpen your mind, strengthen your body, and build the confidence and discipline to be the man God designed you to be.

About Me

I’ve lived both sides of the struggle. After serving in the Marine Corps, I got out and quickly found myself without direction. I lost my sense of purpose, turned to drinking more than I should, and gained weight. The man staring back at me in the mirror wasn’t someone I was proud of.
I knew I needed to change, so I committed to my own transformation—losing weight, rebuilding discipline, and regaining the confidence I thought I had lost. But along that journey, I realized it wasn’t just about the physical. There were deeper wounds, mindsets, and connections that I had to confront and process in order to truly become the man I wanted to be.
That’s when I took my next step and enrolled at the University of Health & Performance, where I gained the tools, skills, and frameworks to not only continue my own growth, but to guide other men on theirs. Today, through Kill’n It Coaching, my mission is simple: help men build confidence through faith-based coaching and accountability, so they can align their values with their vision and become the man they’re proud of.
